New to the gym and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I like that there are times that's are less busy so I tend to go then and if there's anything you need help with people are always willing to give you a hand. Really nice atmosphere.

I absolutely love this place and the people that run it, the people that PT in it and finally the people that train in it. I was never a big gym goer but September 2021 I made the decision to get fit and start looking after myself. I was recommended Valhalla and was immediately drawn into the whole Valhalla Viking ethos. The atmosphere and comradery is awesome and I genuinely feel like a part of the Valhalla family. I cannot recommend my PT Mike enough, the guy is awesome!! That’s not to say the others aren’t, they’re all great. It’s a gym with banter, knowledge, fun but most importantly for me: a sense of comfort and belonging. It’s not the biggest gym in town, but at the current rate of growth it won’t be long before it is…. If anyone, and I mean absolutely anyone is looking to become the best version of themselves and are looking for somewhere to do that then you should defo pop by Valhalla. Amazing gym, such a friendly atmosphere. Being a larger person I always worry about going to a gym and feeling awkward. This is the first gym I have been to where you don't feel that way. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My son comes here with me, who isn't the most confident lad and loves it too. The team are really helpful and really know their stuff. A really great place to keep you motivated and confident in what you are doing. I highly recommend you give it a try. Thanks guys for creating such a great environment for us to feel confident in. I would recommend Valhalla gym Redditch because they are a very understanding trainer and will help out when you're not sure on how to use the equipment and very helpful when you need a personal trainer, very good gym and very friendly

This is a very good gym, the staff there are always friendly and willing to help you put a plan together to help you achieve your goals if you want, unlike bigger gyms that just take your money and don’t help you get anywhere. After being a member of another gym for years but not really getting anywhere, I decided give this new gym ago and support a smaller local business , the advice and support from the staff at Valhalla has made me realise how ineffective my previous gym session had been. After just one session with the support of Nick I found my zest again, I feel totally supported, all equipment fully explained meaning an effective work out. Within 15 minutes i was sweating , pushing myself harder with the added support💪🏼, booking a PT session with one of the guys was so beneficial and will change the way you work and the results you see. can’t recommend this place enough, from the friendly relaxed atmosphere, additional classes, to the expertise of Mike, Nick and the rest of the staff always on hand to offer those super little nuggets of wisdom that will change the you look at exercise 🙌🏽 Do yourself a favour and check it out, you won’t regret it, I certainly haven’t 😁 More...
