What inspired you to start your own business?
After renting our own property portfolio out and using management companies we found there was a better way to do things. We took that experience (both good and bad) and decided to form our own family run property management company to improve the industry.

Fixed prices and people who are available 24 hours a day for tenants and landlords makes for a much smoother renting process for everyone. We have unique skills and experience that mean we can find the most suitable tenant who is going to respect and look after a house. Our unique approach in always being available means that any issues or problems with a house are identified and reported immediately so we can deal with them without delay. Water leak at 3am on a Saturday morning? no problem! Why wait until the office opens on a Monday morning causing thousands of pounds worth of damage to deal with. Our clients and tenants know we are only ever a phone call away.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Viewings are all Covid safe and in many cases meetings can be done via video call or through email and phone exchanges.
