Need two locks to be repaired which became very hard to operate. Joseph was on time , did an efficient job where both locks which turn very smoothly. I paid for the price quoted.Joseph returned 5 minutes later to give back £10 saying that he had made an error when calculating the price and overcharged me £10. More...
