They respond very quickly to any problems, the annual inspection visit was a pleasure, and they combine efficiency and professionalism with a very personal and friendly service. After seeing some recent posts, I felt I had to write something which I don't normally do. I am one of the contractors Upstix use, I know quite a few of the other contractors also, not one of them has ever said a bad word about Upstix or any member off staff. Daily I go into tenants homes and meet with many tenants and they all speak very highly of Upstix, quite a few of them have been with Upstix for many of years and they have built up very good repore with the staff. Only a few days ago I was with a tenant and they said how superior they are from their previous letting agent. So seeing some recent posts has saddened me because I truly believe Upstix are a fantastic company who seems too go the extra mile which I hear about all the time from so many happy tenants.
For me personally they have been great also and it has been a pleasure to be able to do work for them. More...

Daniel offered a very good service and achieved a price that was 125k higher than the valuation of one of his local competitors. He also offered above and beyond services where we were kept informed all along the process to the point where he would call us and answer the phone outside of his office hours.
