Liked: The place was lovely and really helpful to have washing up fridge/freezer facilities on site as travelling with young children meant car space limited. Both kids (1&2) loved the play area and animals, especially the duck parade past the tent on the second morning. Liked: Site was clean and tidy with good room between vans and the caravan itself looked good with nice varanda and patio furnatureDisliked: The inside was nice layout but the seats were old and not very soft left parts of you anatomy going numb after a short while. On the beds mattresses also had seen better days did not do my back any good at all but we managed to last out the week and leave without disturbing the spiders in their webbs wich we found a few..caravan in general needs good over hall as some of the window handles did not work.. Liked: Now, we were going to go to Scotland next year but now we've been to Noteworthy Farm we are going to have to come back here! The campsite is easily accessible just a short way down from Holsworthy with a good entrance off the main road. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Even the dogs made us feel welcome! The hardstanding pitch was excellent, big and level.There is a laundry room as well as a dishwash room, which also has a fridge, freezer and microwave for use by campers.Admittedly, the shower block isn't as up to date as some people like but the showers were powerful and the hot water was plentiful (none of that having to push a button on the wall every 30 seconds that I hate) so washing my daughters long hair was easy. And there was always a shower free when you wanted one.There's a children's play park which my daughter was in as soon as she got up and until dark. There's also a football goal in the field for anyone that likes kicking a ball around.There is a lake with picnic benches for relaxing. There are chickens and ducks that visit you and a field of angora goats that you can feed.In the craft room there are lots of spinning wheels that the friendly ladies will show you how to use and you can even buy the yarn made from their goats mohair.There's no wifi available but the phone signal was excellent.Bude is about 10 minutes away and has everything you need. Holsworthy is a couple of minutes in the other direction and has most things.But the best thing about the whole holiday was the friendliness of everyone. The owners and their children (their animals), the ladies in the craft room and all the guests on the site. We were met in reception to check in which was straightforward and friendly. We were shown to our pitch, shown where the toilets were and left feeling if we needed anything we could approach and ask. ||Beautiful scenery in a relaxed location. No problems at all, plus we could take our dog too. ||We only stayed one night however the hand towels in the toilet were changed 3 times that we noticed in that short time and the toilet roll was always stocked up. We weren’t expecting such a clean toilet so it was definitely an added bonus for us camping novices! ||We enjoyed our stay here, thank you. More...

Liked: Lovely site, very friendly owners who were extremely helpful. Large pitches which fit our caravan, awning and van but still gave us plenty of room for children to play. Great facilities including laundry facilities and a microwave. Our children loved the play area and the fact there were chickens and ducks wandering around. located 10 minutes from Bude, and its lovely beaches this dog friendly site has static caravans for hire and also camping and caravan plots. we stopped in a static, with our little dog,it was fully equipped and wanted for nothing.the site is peaceful with lovely views of the devon countryside.there are friendly animals roaming about and the family that own and run the site are very helpful and lovely.there is a craft workshop and dog grooming available on site.it is well located for visits to north devon and coastal towns.would definitely recommend and visit again. Liked: The owners daughter was very nice and showed me and my daughters around the farm. She knew the answers to questions me and my children asked about the animals and let them search for eggs in the barn. My children really enjoyed the play area and loved having the ducks and chickens walking around.Really like that every pitch has their own picnic bench to use, very handy. Also a good washing up area with fridge freezer and a microwave to use.Would definitely return.Disliked: Another family were being noisy still at 10pm. Obviously not the campsites fault tho. More...

Liked: Beautiful views and a lovely clean site. We only booked on Friday afternoon and called to say that we were arriving around 8. 45pm on Friday evening and the lovely lady that runs the site explained where our pitch was and that she had put us the children’s play area as we had children. The play area was fab and are children made lots of friends. The site was quiet in the evenings, all the children seemed to go off to bed at 8.30pm. Second time staying in a static here. Lovely and clean, comfortable and all the things you need for your stay. Nice walking field for the dogs and lovely views too.
