Purchasing Jason’s 3 month plan was the best investment!.. I can’t thank Jason enough for the program and his support over the 3 month period. He was consistently supportive, firm when I needed a push and always available to answer questions when needed. The plan itself is easy to follow and well tailored to individual needs, that coupled with Jason’s encouragement worked well to help me stay accountable and focused on my goals. I was able to loose weight, gain strength and change my body shape within the 3 months and have to say was so pleasantly surprised as I didn’t think I would make such progress. Jason was incredibly helpful and thanks to him I have finally lost the weight that I had started accepting was just my ‘new normal’ body. I had tried various crash diets and other weight loss programmes and nothing could shift it, but working with Jason it has felt really easy. I feel more in control of my nutrition and body than I have in years, and without having to drastically change my lifestyle or say no to treats I love. I always figured I liked food too much to be able to get back to my old weight, but Jason has helped me see that it’s about figuring out how to incorporate those foods into an all-round balanced diet. I was looking to work with a personal trainer to lose weight. My experience with Jason was so much better than that.

As well as providing interesting, varied and personalised workouts, Jason takes the time to review your lifestyle and makes recommendations on healthy choices that are way more useful than other ‘crash diet’ methodologies.

Jason works around your lifestyle and makes sure you are supported through the entire program. With regular reviews you can see the progression through photos and measurements. Jason makes sure your workouts progress as you get fitter which is amazing.

I returned to Jason multiple times as his programs get results. Jason was happy to discuss my goals with me and help these evolve over time.

Overall, if you are looking for a personal training program that really works I can vouch that Jason is your man.

What an amazing experience working with Jason! I learnt a lot, especially how to sustainably manage my nutrition to ensure that I didn’t just drop weight on the programme, but so I could maintain and continue to make progress even if I didn’t continue with the programme after the 12 weeks.
The weekly video calls were always helpful and helped me to remain focused on the bigger picture.
The workouts were on point and the conditioning session was amazing and I saw a huge improvement in my condition from it.
If your unsure about unparalleled fitness I strongly advise Yi to talk to Jason. After talking to Joni knew he was the coach for me. Will be back again soon for round 2.

As soon as I contacted Jason online and outlined my goals, he set me a personal training program. The whole Virtual approach was new for me but it worked. Jason approach with keeping a daily food diary and sending in photos to home really works and I would recommend this approach to anyone. Step 1 being honest on what you eat, Step 2 follow Jason's approach and the weigh comes off. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Jasons philosophy and work ethic really worked for me and helped me surpass my target. His techniques allowed me to still have a life, I never felt like I was on a diet. I ate out, went to weddings, hen dos, got drunk but still lost weight without starving myself. I used to hate exercise and always made up excuses, with his routines i did 1.5-2 hours of exercise a week!
Really friendly and approachable person who definitely knows what he is talking about. Now my 12 weeks are over I am still using what I learnt and the exercise plans given to me.

I had a great experience working with Jason. The main thing he was focussed on was that the way we did things was sustainable, so now I feel like I can move forward on my own.

He was always available to answer questions and made me accountable for my meals and workouts. He also adjusted my workouts initially for an injury and we did one in person session to talk me through the gym equipment and that helped me hugely with my confidence in the gym.

I would highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer, I wouldn't have been able to do it without him.

Jason has been absolutely instrumental in helping me transform my body over the course of 8 months.

We started in the middle of the pandemic and, as restrictions eased up, he adapted my training and diet plans depending on my access to the gym (or lack of it) and my changing goals (shredding first and bulking then).

One of the most amazing aspects of the entire process was the fact that we never met in person or did any workout together. My progress was solely based on following Jason's training plan and dietary recommendations, which, by the way, were the real engine behind my transformation.

I had training with PTs before, for extended periods of time, but this is the first time that I have really seen objectively verifiable results (I lost 10kg of fat and gained some lean muscle).

On a more personal level, Jason is really nice guy that knows his stuff and is able to motivate his clients. Properly.

I started learning from Jason at the start of the pandemic and to be honest it wasn't what I expected... patience, invested, knowledgeable, caring, humility and laughter.

The actual weight loss was slow, but what I took away has been priceless and worth every penny.

In hindsight I'm glad it was slow as it gave me time to adjust to a pace and lifestyle I'm happy with today.

Jason was fantastic throughout the 12 week programme and was very supportive, working in a way that allowed me to achieve my goals without feeling to overbearing for a first time PT customer!

Throughout the programme, Jason’s diet plan and workout regime allowed me to see huge results with fat loss and inches off my waist! As a regular tennis player my overall game vastly improved and I began feeling healthier and much fitter!

In terms of the diet/training aspect, the initial advice Jason gave and plan + sending him regular food and progress photos was crucial for me and gave me the motivation I needed. The training was great, it fit around my schedule and found it was really effective really quickly!

10/10 would recommend Jason for his approachable and attentive service, as well achieving results!

I’ve just completed 12 week programme with Jason, I can honestly say it’s been the best experience. From start to Jason was brilliant, the accountability, support, flexibility and communication is what makes this a gold standard programme. My experience working with Jason surpassed my expectations.

I was a lean guy, looking to put on weight but clueless about how to do it. I’m not a fan of gyms, so I made a small investment in weights for home and thought Jason’s online coaching Silver package looked worth a shot.

Jason is very knowledgeable and loves an analogy, so he makes it interesting and easy to learn and understand the role of food and workouts.

Online coaching means it’s super flexible, fitting into my work routine or adapting if unforeseen childcare duties arose. Being at home means it takes less time or I could get more done in the time I had.

As someone who is time poor, I needed to make the most of the Workout times and Jason crafted optimal plans to cater for this.

Jason also has a good way of motivating and instilling accountability, making it easy to get into the workout and food routine.

I’ve achieved my initial goal of gaining a stone, and now understand the role of food and exercise so I can maintain or increase my weight if I want.

I highly recommend Jason.

Working with Jason for the past 12 weeks has forced me to re-evaluate my eating behaviours and learn to appreciate the caloric value of food and drinks. Working with Jason has been really great. He offers a lot more than just telling you how many calories to consume and which exercises to do. He really takes the time to understand your individual position and to consider your whole lifestyle, before devising a plan and routine.

This is where I've always fallen down in the past as I would focus solely on reducing calories and squeezing exercise into my very busy working day, but with very little appreciation of how this interacts with the rest of my life.

I went for the 12-week Gold package and found it to be exceptional value for money. Jason stays in contact with you regularly to ensure you're keeping on top of the plan, and I had weekly virtual PT sessions where Jason ensured I was working hard enough and that my form was correct.

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and their results, whilst also being a lovely guy to work with, then look no further than Jason!

I've now been with Unparalleled Fitness and working with Jason for just over 12 weeks. I knew I had a long way to go, and still do, but 12 weeks in and I've already lost over 2 stone! He not only keeps me on the right track but explains and enables me to look at things that may not been going well and why, but also what works well for me. I have always been on and off fad diets and hated exercise... never finding anything that really worked for me. Eating a unhealthy meal used to make me feel like I had failed. .. and the guilty feeling that came with that is just a downhill cycle when trying to reach your goals.

Jason at Unparalleled Fitness has completely changed my mindset and attitude towards food and exercise.
I was that person who used to hate exercise and now I’m itching to try and fit in a HIIT session or go for a run... even when I already have a busy day. I’m not sure where this version of me has come from 😃😃 but I love it!

I am so pleased I decided enough was enough and, on a whim, signed up, after having yo-yo'd for many years between times of being really healthy and then really not! ! I couldn't ever seem to find a happy balance and medium. And, of course, then a holiday would pop up, or a birthday and I'd be thrown off track again. My goals vanishing in the cake. Jason not only got me to my goal but has totally smashed it. Being already a size 8-10 when I started, I genuinely didn't think this was even possible. Or I thought I was just the girl who couldn't be trusted with a packet of biscuits. Thankfully neither were actually true. His help and advice is invaluable. I am so amazed to have achieved more than I ever have, all while working out less than I ever have and still eating and drinking what I want. RESULT!! It is absolutely a school of 'everything in moderation' and how small, simple and achievable lifestyle changes can make HUGE differences. What to say, Jason is a very professional PT, his help and guidance has helped me archive my weight goals. I have tried for years to find what works for me, but very few things have and the things that did never lasted long. Jason’s approach to fitness, health and wellbeing, I found to be a very good balance. He showed me, you can eat what you want and still lose weight within reason (yes this is true!!), but the biggest lesson was my food vs activity balance, something I have being missing on every other weight loss program I have ever done. Jason’s simple philosophy and approach wouldn’t be for everyone, but take it from me, a person who has never achieved their weight goals it really works. Jason isn’t your average PT, he doesn’t shout, he listens, he adapts to your need, and in some cases uses reverse psychology (Ha Ha). He will get you into a mind-set that makes you ask questions of yourself like, have I done enough exercise? Should I eat that? Do I need to eat that? Added to all this, I have never met him, all the interaction has been done virtually, which worked really well and is great while you are in Lockdown and have time on your hands. Coaching wasn't as expected. It felt like i paid £150 just to get access to an app with workouts and diet planning which i could have found myself for less than £5. No even 1 session to check whether i was doing the workouts right. Had to chase Jason to get direction even to explain me how to use the app. Didn't feel engage with the training at anytime or experience any kind of motivation driven by the trainer so it got to a point where I lost faith in the training plan before it finished. Needless to say that the training didn't help me to get even close to my objectives. Jason is a nice guy but I he invested very little time on my training. More...

I offer 3 different programmes with varying levels of support for those that would require more assistance. The bronze package is the lowest level of support I offer so it does require a person to be a lot more independent. For more day to day support the silver and gold packages are a lot more suitable. From the start Jason gave me a detailed weights programme and nutrition advice, as well as being on hand when I had a question.
Over the 12 weeks I managed to lose 3 inches around my waist, 8kg in weight whilst improving my muscle definition... I have no doubt that these results would have been bettered had the gyms not closed after about 6-7 weeks. Very happy with the results so far, thanks Jason!

Nice guy, no one can fault that. Unfortunately from the get-go, my programs were not satisfactory. I told Jason about this but he never changed it. In fact, I let him know about two issues but he never changed it. It's hard to be accountable if you can't do the program you paid £150 for. Hi Ali, I’m sorry that you feel the programme wasn’t satisfactory. I tried to amend programmes to meet the changing circumstances of lockdown as well as provide alternatives where prescribed exercises were difficult to complete. All professional guidance including, app access, workout and nutrition plans expire after 12 weeks when the programme ends. I hope that helps clear things up, all the best with your fitness journey. I needed some accountability and also some home exercise programs - the revelation for me was seeing my body shape change by taking body images each week. This encouraged me to continue eating healthy and keep up the exercise. My goal was to become more toned and to reach a weight of a healthy BMI as I had been told I was pre Diabetic. I contacted Jason as I wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted with my body. I was working out and eating healthily from March but couldn’t understand why I wasn’t seeing a change.

Twelve weeks on Jasons programme and I can now see visible results in my body and have learnt better eating and exercise habits for my body goals.

Would 100% recommend to anyone with body goals that doesn’t understand why they’re not achieving them. Not only will you see the results you wanted, you’ll learn how to keep it up afterwards.

Having been an active gym user for over 20 years - I always had a good foundation but never managed to get myself to that ‘next level’ even though I had tried different programmes, diets and PT’s.

Jason’s approach is very methodical and his knowledge of training is all there, however, his knowledge on food and diet cannot be over looked- the guy knows his stuff! He monitored how by body was reacting to the changes he made to my diet on a weekly basis and adjusted things accordingly. He has a very user friendly app for the training programme you are following as well as a my fitness pal style food app to log your food and calculate your macros.

I am pleased to say that the goal i had set out to achieve was met, and not only am I in the best shape of my life, I am arguably also the fittest.

I would like to thank you Jason getting me to this point and now that our next programme has started I can’t wait to see what we do this time!

First of all can I just say how I’ve been trying for years to lose inches and be able to see them. unparalleled Fitness made that so much easier for me.

I started training with Jason to get fit and ready for a competition show. What I achieved with Jason's help was far more than I expected. I was getting leaner and more defined as the weeks went by. Jason helped me get into a better routine this year. Lockdown, bad habits and extra time on my hands I thought if not now when. I started the 12 week plan at 100kgs and by the end I managed to get down to 88.5kgs. Target was 80 but I have lost so many cms around my waist and built muscle so feel good about the transformation so far.

Not your traditional crash diet and gym routine Jason took the time to explain the process diet and exercise and how they work hand in hand. What was difficult to keep up with initially looking at calories etc, is now second nature. No more do I feel the need to be conscious about what to eat or what not, I know by working harder in gym or being a little more disciplined after a cheat makes the difference.

Weekly check-ins were a great help as I felt like I was being held accountable. Definitely happy with the change not only physically but also mentally.

Throughout my time with Jason, he helped me to transform the way that I approached health and fitness in my life. Before working with him, I lacked confidence and motivation when it came to the gym, but with Jason's guidance and support, I managed to change this completely. Beyond providing me with a well thought out and structured workout routine, Jason has helped me to adopt better habits outside the gym, such as my mentality, and my eating and sleeping habits, all of which have contributed to a much healthier me, and habits I will maintain going forward. This has resulted in me knowing what to do in the gym, but more importantly knowing what the things I was doing in the gym were specifically contributing to my overall goal.
