Absolutely first class service. Tony arrived at 08:00 and got straight to work on our bungalow roof. It had become a real mess covered in thick moss and a stack of pigeon-sized bird lime. The guttering was also full of mess. Over the course of 7 solid hours work, he turned the full thing into what now looks like a new build roof. Absolutely brilliant job! The roof looks amazing and has now stopped the birds picking at the moss at 5 in the morning and waking us up! You must be completely naive or stupid to believe that there wouldn't be mess after removing 1-2 tonnes of moss but the guys didn't leave until every bit was cleaned up from me and my neighbours property. Unfortunately, we had a tile slip the day after they had done the clean. Absolutely no drama, came back and repaired and no extra cost. Sylvia, I never leave a mess, you left before I completed the roof clean in question where you instructed your neighbour to check how everything looks which quite rightly he did and said everything looks fine I'm sorry you feel that way but during the roof clean I repaired and repositioned various tiles on your roof free of charge due to the excessive amount of moss on your roof which I also removed from your premises. We made our choice to use Universal Stay Clean to clean our house roof from reading their reviews on Bark. From the first phone call the communication from Tony has been excellent. The company are very professional and fully explained the process of how the roof tiles would be gently cleaned and then treated with a Moss killer thereafter. Tony arrived on time and put protective sheets down on the ground when setting up is equipment. When the roof was finished a thorough clean up is done at ground level etc.. The end finish was amazing. When having your roof cleaned it is very important to know that they should be cleaned correctly if they are not cleaned correctly it can remove your tiles protective weather coating which can be damaging for your roof. Tony behaves very professional, uses the correct equipment with Health & Safety in mind and is a very nice guy to have work on and around your property. The price we paid was excellent compared to other quotes, We cannot rate Tony enough Stars and I'm sure you would agree with my review if you ever choose him. Thank you so much. Tony could not have been more helpful - easy to contact, good quote and prompt work. He did a great job on a Saturday morning (as the property was a GP surgery) and left it all clean and tidy.

Tony and his colleague were polite and cheerful. They turned up on time and worked the whole time they were here. They also spotted and fixed other minor faults to my roof, with no extra charge. Some of the material they cleaned of my roof landed on my neighbours driveway. Tony jet washed the whole of there drve. Making cleaner than it was before.

Our bungalow backs onto a wood and has seen 30 years of moss and algae build up!!
Universal Stay Clean after an early start spent the whole day removing all the muck and at the end of the day leaving the roof looking like new. We were amazed. Tony worked constantly and was careful by putting tarpaulins down to catch most of the muck. I would not hesitate to recommend Universal stay clean and a price that was reasonable.
Have had many positive comments from people that have driven past since the work was completed.

Just had my Roof cleaned and re-coated a slate grey along with various repairs too my roof by Tony at Universal Stay clean and having listened to Tony when he came to quote on my roof and what was needed he seemed very knowledgeable when it was explained to me and the end result was superb the roof looks fantastic.

Had my drive recoloured because it looked really old and worn out.

Very poor service, quoted 'Repair/replace any broken tiles' and did none - some 20/30 broken/missing tiles left as my problem.
Disgraceful attempt to tidy up after 'completing' the clean. Despite specific instructions to bag the moss/dirt that came off the roofs, they proceeded to scatter the debris in borders, under garden furniture, on borders and on the lawns.

Having read Mr Collies review I feel it's only right for me to respond on his untrue and unfair damning report on services I provide. 1: when quoting on the said roof I said any tiles that WE damage we will replace but because the roof was covered with so much moss/lichen that it was impossible to see how many tiles are damaged/broken until the room was cleaned so I couldn't quote on replacing any of the damaged tiles. As for removing the moss I said we couldn't remove the moss because of the excessive amount but we did say to Mrs Collie we could mulch the moss into the soil of the large shrubbery in her garden to which she agreed only after hours into the roof clean Mr & Mrs Collie changed there mind and wanted us to remove the moss. In the end we removed 6 large bags of moss and 3 builders buckets of moss and to appease the situation £300 was held back to help with the tile replacement and for a further clean down of the property to which we were going to return to complete but what they were asking was beyond what was agreed. In 18Years of exterior cleaning this is the first negative feedback I have recieved there for I feel the need to reply. Tony Universal Stay clean..
