Hypnotherapy

Wanted to wait for some-time before writing a review. i Saw Sarah for a stop smoking session 5 weeks ago, i haven't smoked since and normally found this very difficult once I've had a wine or 10. safe to say many barrels have been consumed since but one noticeable difference is 0 cigarettes. i'm beyond happy.
Sarah was really lovely and thorough during the session also.
Perhaps i should have a session for less wine lol. Jokes aside, i would fully recommend Sarah. Thank you so much

Sarah has helped me enormously in a short period of time with some of my work related anxiety. She is supportive, patient, friendly, welcoming and her technique is incredibly effective. I had been a smoker for 24 years... finally the little voice appeared to tell me its time to stop! Knowing how dependant on and controlled by smoking I was I needed help. I found Sarah during Covid lockdown. I was frozen stuck and personal change was the way forward. We had an intro chat and I knew she was the hypnotherapist for me.
She listened and more importantly she really heard me.
She gave me her price and I thought about it for a couple of days. I was a hypnotherapy virgin and total sceptic. But I was desperate. I needed outside help for a battle I had been loosing for 7 years or more - Sarah was going to be my ticket!!
Well.... What Sarah delivers is worth every penny and more. In 90 minutes Sarah delivered a practical quantity of quality tools, self soothing techniques for me to maintain my own ongoing resolution.
The way Sarah delivers does not require me turn my life around or upside down just to make the change a part of my life - like it was always present as a comfy pair of old slippers.
I met Sarah nearly 3 months ago now and I’ve never looked back.

I smoked for 11 years and I hate the it but I just couldn’t stop it, I was discipline towards everything gelded apart from smoking rather than just delaying it. I wasn’t ready to give up and you’ll never will be ready to stop so just flow with it and don’t get your mind set on the fact that it won’t work be open and except things and stay in the moment don’t think what it could happen if you get the craving it’s only a choice because that what you knows for a long time the body has adapted as well as your thoughts through your subconscious. What I learned through hypno therapy. I met the hypnosis name Sarah Young to help me to stop smoking and I also got educated on my subconscious and I understood how the mind works throughout techniques and personal experience, I haven’t smoked and every time I do get the urge still but it a lot easier for me to stop by continuing the technique and starting new habits instead of cigarette, and I understand people are different some may just never think ever again but I highly have a addictive personality and it’s hard for me but doing the techniques and teaching the subconscious by upgrading the software to a better life style habits as pushing myself out of the bad habit of smoking is incredibly amazing. I am now around smokers and not tempted once and don’t really like the smell either! To get help to change your life and becoming the best version of yourself, I truly believe that it’s worth every penny and I am so thankful for it. More...

The first thing I would like to say is that I was sceptical when going in for my first session with Sarah.
I didn’t really believe it was possible to adapt my mindset.
Well I was completely wrong!
Sarah puts you at ease and makes you feel totally comfortable and you end up discovering things about yourself you I didn’t know or that you did know but just kept way down inside.
My reason for seeing Sarah was to get my eating habits better controlled and to lose weight.
Sarah made me realise the triggers and the cause for the habits I had created and the reasons why I would lose focus. It’s not all about food and exercise but overcoming those triggers and keeping focussed on the goal ahead.
Overall I have become a more confident, assertive and happy within myself which is a credit to Sarah at Ultimate You.
Go and see her I promise it will be one of the best things you have ever done.

Sarah was very friendly and professional from the outset. Sarah listened to my problems and anxiety regarding weight loss. I had tried for many years to overcome my weight problem via many different diets, however, speaking to Sarah made me realise there was a much deeper problem that needed to be addressed to get my mindset in the right place before I was able to lose weight. Before I met Sarah I struggled with self motivation, but this wasn't doing me any favours as I had some health issues. Sarah has completely re-trained my brain and I am now eating less, eating healthily and feeling really confident. During the course Sarah sent some recordings to listen to every day which has really helped, and I still listen to them every day for motivation.
I know this time I will get to my goal weight as I have already made considerable steps towards it thanks to Sarah.
I honestly couldn't recommend her and her weight management program enough. Thank you Sarah

I found the weight loss programme increased my confidence within the first few sessions. I feel more positive and able to work towards my goals.

I have worked in mental health for many years as a qualified occupational therapist. I love seeing the changes in people when they feel empowered. Starting my own business allows me to tailor my work to each clients needs.
I teach clients techniques which allow them to take control of their future.

I work in a practical non woo woo way! (there is nothing wrong with a bit of woo woo but my clients just want the skills to take control ?)
I have been told that I am non judgemental and easy to get along with. I worked in a homeless team for several years so have seen most things!
I use a mixture of my NLP, occupational therapy and solution focused therapy skills plus hypnosis to create long lasting results.
I have had amazing results with my stop smoking package, as well as helping clients take control of anxiety.

Yes, I work via zoom so all of my clients see me from the comfort of their own home, allowing them to feel comfortable from the outset. I just need to be able to see your face

I only work via zoom which eliminates all risk. All consultantions take place over the telephone.

My smoke free session lasts for approximately you will completely change the way you think about smoking. We will go through various processes to break any postive links you had to cigarettes and replace them with an unpleasent associations. you will learn techniques that help you reduce any cravings you may have. You will finish with a hypnosis to reinforce all the work we have done.
You will have a recording to listen to afterwards

We can all feel a little overwhelmed at times, feel like things are getting on top of us.
Thankfully there are lits of techniques we can use to help manage these feelings.
