What do you love most about your job?
I get the greatest buzz , when I see the Executives and Owners that I work with, achieve the success and transformation they most wanted.
That may be achieving their personal freedom or financial security.
It may be transforming their business to meet new challenges, growth, performance, restructuring and profitability.
Equally, it can be breaking the routine that is constraining them from overcoming apparently insurmountable problems. Relieving the stress that comes with this is truly rewarding.
So as you can see I love it when you are happy and flying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration was to share all my experience of Business Transformation with others that needed their problems solved and help them breakthrough any obstacles.
I have led businesses through growth, mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring for maximum efficiency.
I've been fortunate enough to work across diverse sectors and with fantastic people so my inspiration is still true to this day, no matter what industry I have worked in and what size of Company.

My extensive experience includes building and selling my own businesses and the mobilisation of new technology business ventures for private equity shareholders and the launch of the U.K.’s first live digital TV and digital radio broadcast service to mobile phones for BT Plc.
