What do you love most about your job?
My job is what I love to do and still challenges me and keeps me learning as business mentoring is not just beneficial for one sector - it is valuable across the board. Whilst I would not be commenting on the actual product or service you deliver, I will invest time and effort in learning about your business as this enables me to give you better advice and support. My experience allows me to be flexible and tailor the solutions to what you need - I do not work with fixed frameworks - the solution will be unique to every situation as that is what I believe will serve you and your business best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working in the corporate space being the main problem solver and loving every part of that, I decided to focus on this full time and start for myself. My passion is running & growing business and mentoring people and through my own business I get to do this every day. Starting my own business from scratch also gave me a unique insight into what it would mean to start your own so when I give you advice it based on experience - and not something I have read in a book.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients often come to me with a certain issue or challenge which they wish to get a solution for however through conversation we will together discover the root cause of the issue meaning you will get a long-lasting solution and not a quick fix. I do not work with contracts or fixed/minimum terms as mentoring should only be there as long as it is beneficial for you and your business. My services are fully covered by professional indemnity insurance and you have full data protection. I also give exclusivity meaning I will not be mentoring any competitor of yours whilst we are working together.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Whilst there are definite benefits to mentoring in person, the services can be provided via Zoom or on the phone. When working together online, I recommend shorter sessions but more frequent as this is a more efficient use of time. In-between each meeting I am available by phone or email - I often receive calls to request support or advice on a decision which needs to be made immediately and this is all part of the service. Frequency and length of session is often a personal choice and we can work together to find the most effective for you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my mentoring sessions have been conducted via Zoom or on the phone in recent months and will only take place in person if restrictions allow and we can find a suitable venue to remain safe.
