Suny and Harpal (and their team) have completely transformed my house: installing central heating, consolidating electrics, boarding the loft, replacing a ceiling, moving a bathroom upstairs, creating a landing and converting the old bathroom into a WC and utility room. I am delighted with the outcome and the attention to detail throughout. Right from the beginning Suny and Harpal were incredibly thorough with their quote, itemising it in detail so that I was able to see how much the different elements would cost. I trusted them entirely with my home and moved out while the work was completed. They stayed in regular contact, communicating any issues that arose (my house was full of nasty surprises) and always asking my opinion before any big decisions were made. There was an issue with the stopcock in my kitchen and it was leaking - Harpal came out at the weekend to fix this the same day. There were some additional costs due to some awkward decisions by me (small tiles!), some
hidden horrors under the carpets and some dodgy DIY by the previous owner, but these were communicated clearly and I felt they were fair. Payments were spread out so it was never huge amounts in one go. They left the house very clean considering the amount of work that had been done in every single room in the house - I was able to have decorators in the day after they were finished as it was left in a very good state (even cleaning windows).
