How long have you been in business?
This is a new cleaning business based in the North of East of England, Newcastle upon Tyne and we mainly work in the Newcastle, Tyne and Wear and Durham area(s).
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes depending on the customers request for products. The cost of our services depend on whether we bring our own equipment and supplies; We only work in estimates and provide a commercial cleaning service.
What do you love most about your job?
We aim to please our customers and clientel in general; we have a group of individuals who are passionate and love their job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and having the freedom to work for myself and possibly benefit others who are passionate for this kind of work; TMCS understands that you may not always be able to handle the problem so we are here to solve it for you.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
TMCS works as a team of 3 individuals, we wear masks and gloves to protect the client from any germs and bacteria from spreading. We take health and safety into account of our business guidelines to ensure our clients have safe and protective gear and we do our tests twice per week.
