Our experience with Two Thirds Different has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Initially, we were excited about their partnership with SharpSpring, expecting a robust and reliable CRM solution.
However, the service was marred by consistent technical issues, particularly with the social media planner. Sam Howard and the team did make attempts to address these, but the problems persisted.
Further complicating matters was a lapse in communication when our account manager, Chris, left the company. I spent nearly a month trying to get in touch with him, unaware of his departure. When I finally contacted the company, I discovered that their numbers had been disconnected, and it took weeks to hear back from Sam, which was disconcerting to say the least.
In terms of other services, while some of the work we did outside of SharpSpring was intriguing, it generated minimal interest and leads over a six-month period. This has left us questioning the value for money and time investment we've poured into the partnership.
The company is now proposing a shift to a new, supposedly more effective platform. While this sounds promising, our past experiences leave us cautious and seeking assurances that are yet to be provided.
In summary, if you're considering Two Thirds Different, go in with eyes wide open and be prepared for a landscape that may shift under your feet.
