Damp Proofing
Mr Winstone answered my enquiry very quickly and came to inspect the problem next morning. He advised me about the cause of the damp patches on the chimney wall and that I need to look into other problems before he can come back and replace plaster on wall. Tony surveyed our property to determine the cause of the damp patches on the plaster and identified the problem.
He came up with a sensible solution at a reasonable price, provided a detailed quote, then we booked the work in.
Tony turned up as promised on the due date, and efficiently worked over the following 4 days to carry out the remedial work, explaining the process as he progressed.
He's very personable, professional, and tidy in his work, and we would definitley have him back.
