What is Music Therapy / Music Psychotherapy?
Music is closely linked to our emotion, memory and everyday lives. It has been proven that music has a powerful healing effect on improving people's physical and psychological well-being. In terms of music psychotherapy, therapist and client create and listen to music as a primary means of communicating, relating to one another, and working toward goals, supplementing these experiences with verbal discourse as necessary.
