Vied is an amazing tutor. She not only helped me with my Maths skills but my confidence too. Vied was also very flexible, which enabled me to work and put time into studying with her via zoom.
If you are fortunate enough to get tutoring I would highly recommend Vied!

Vidya has been working with my son on GCSE Maths, Science and English. My son is very shy, and she has got to know him well, being encouraging and very patient. She has been particularly helpful during his mocks, where she offered more sessions at very late notice. My son definitely found this really useful, and felt more confident going into his exams. I would definitely recommend her services, particularly in preparing children for GCSE exams. More...

I needed Vidya to tutor my niece who has been struggling with her Maths all through KS3 and KS4. Her basic knowledge had gaping holes leading to a lack of confidence and very low self esteem.
My niece dislikes maths with a passion and didn’t believe in herself at all.
My niece definitely didn’t want another tutor after previous poor experiences. Vidya has been a ‘godsend.’ In 11 weeks the same niece believes in her capabilities and believes that she can tackle her Maths GCSE and be successful.
Vidya has been thorough and detailed with her teaching, patient, repetitive and nurturing.
Teachers transform lives and Vidya has definitely been successful in doing that in this case and I cannot thank her enough.

Very helpful, if you are studying for an exam or just want to improve you're skills then this is the option for you.
What do you love most about your job?
I am very passionate and enthusiastic about making a difference; this maybe closing the gaps in a students learning path or building their self-esteem to ensure they believe in themselves. I am able to use my Psychology degree and my PGCE to show the student they have the self worth they need to be successful and become a independent learner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I continue to work with Virtual School via County Councils on a adhoc basis, thus ensuring I keep up to date with legislations and the Curriculum Map. Not all students receive additional support via the County County. Therefore I decided to set up my practice to ensure I created a inclusive environment.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having worked with Virtual School via the County Council, I come with a wealth of experience and I am able to liaise with schools should the parents wish me to. I use the exam boards marking schemes and I have access to past papers and exam material.
I have students scattered around the UK, who I work with remotely due to the Covid - 19 restrictions.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
In the present climate we are in I work online via Zoom. I pay for a premium package however the costs are free as I send the links to the students.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my students, parents and carers safe I work online only. Protecting the vulnerable too, however this may change.
