Without exception their team members are courteous, professional and answer queries promptly and accurately. Their charges are fair and you can phone or call in to get free advice at any time. They will support you with software to enable easy book-keeping and check your entries are accurate whenever you choose to submit them. They offer a complete package to take all the hassle of running your own business away or are happy to just do Tax Returns on a yearly basis. Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
An accountant is a key part of your business needs and so it is fundamental that you have an accountant that you like and trust. It is also better using a firm of accountants as then, should your main contact be ill or on holiday, you would have access to more than 1 person to ask for advice.
Keith qualified with the ACCA in 2003 training with a Top 50 firm of accountants; client service is key to Keith and he ensures that the advice given to clients is accurate and correct.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety of the job is what keeps it interesting as you are not doing the same thing every day, every week. Being able to get closely involved in a client's business without them fearing a large fee and so valuing your service more is also great.
