Let me introduce myself, my name is Catrina and I am a fully qualified Home Economist. For the past 6 years I have been hosting Baking Parties and designing and making Celebration Cakes.
The Baking Parties are primarily for children, however I would be more than happy to cater for adults as well.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the fantastic feedback I get from my clients. Working closely with my clients on something so special is a privilege. I enjoy each of the stages from designing to baking to decorating, seeing a design come to life is really exciting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family and friends. The baking parties came first as my children and their friends loved to come over to bake and I thought I could do this in the form of a party. People then asked if I made cakes. Up until then I had only done so for my family. My husband helped me to create a website so I could showcase my work, and from that along with recommendations I have been busy ever since.
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide a very personal service. From the beginning when you come to taste some cake we talk about your ideas and maybe look at invitations, colours and themes. I will then sketch some ideas which we will tweak together until we come up with a stunning cake, which I will then create. Throughout the whole experience I will be able to guide you as to what will work well so that your cake is truly special.
