Highly recommended Dave after starting my PT sessions in the new year. I was mostly a runner before, and wanted to primarily build my running strength. I had never gone anywhere near the weights section in the gym before (too scared!), but after a couple of sessions he had me feeling comfortable in the weights section, enough so that I was willing to go in by myself. Since the lockdown restrictions have been lifted I have started up PT sessions again, outdoors. We've been doing a great variety of exercises which I've really enjoyed. He answers all my daft questions (which I have a lot of!), and explains exercises very well. 10 out of 10! definitely recommend More...

Would higher recommend Dave as a PT instructor. Never had one before and works you st your ability and motivates you to become fitter and have a healthy lifestyle. Didnt like anything in the gym 6 weeks ago as I had the mindset of "I cant to that" and my fitness level was poor but now I'm starting to feel fitter with my varied gym routine and have the confidence to give it my best effort at each session. Just started the third week of my programme and I absolutely love it! Dave has got me doing exercises I never would have tried on my own. .. every day is varied so I'm not getting bored and he's always on hand if ever I'm stuck or need advice! Highly recommend Dave Fantastic programming Very knowledgeable and a very friendly person He has been doing my programming for a while now and what a difference I have noticed in my self Doing movements I never thought I would be able to do Doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at, Dave is very patient and always helps you push through
