Amazing services for a coach company. I booked a big coach for my children and families members from London to Glasgow. The coach driver arrived on time with an amazing attitude, the coach itself was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Full of essentials equipment, good air conditioner for each seat. There are good and bad reviews for this company , trust me believe the bad, they are conmen who take the full amount then let you down at the last minute on a tiny technicality and you are lucky if you get back half of what you paid , I will be reporting them to trading standards, ignore good reviews they are posted by themselves

Hi,I have had a great experience with this travel company. They were friendly and very helpful, providing me with all the information I needed on the day of the trip. I booked and was speaking to a friendly staff over the phone and for a 3 day tour around Scotland with a group of friends, my husband and his family. ignore all positive reviews they are most likely fake, avoid this bunch of conmen ,they will take your money then cancel on you on the day will a false reason and promise to give you half your money back but they don't, false address given , being investigated by police and trading standards

Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a coach or mini bus hire! Service was fantastic and the coach exceeded our expectations.

CON ARTISTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Just take a look at all the reviews they have particularly on Google. So many with the same common theme; don't turn up or try and charge more last minute. You will NOT get your money back. They are not a legitimate company and are not located in the offices they advertise so in effect they are untraceable. After a bit of digging it turns out the company has only been running around 2 years and has been set up by a couple of jack-a*ses in their 20s. They are clearly in it for the quick buck. NEVER PAY UPFRONT as so many have been stung by their lying & shameless ways. My experience is so littered with issues and lies and non-existent customer service that I am now claiming my money back through my credit card company. They sent a 7 seater minibus for 8 people and then the driver failed to turn up to return us the 60 miles back home. £300 they've stolen from us and we had to fork out an additional £200 for the taxi home. I've booked a coach from London to Newcastle for my friend's stag with a decent price. Got a call from trivo travel and they were quick clear with our requests. The driver was friendly and easy going. We had a great time at the stag as well as the journey there and back!

had a shocking experience with this fake, unreliable company!
booked them for ascot, the day before they called me and told me they could not do it and i would have to pay an extra £250 for another person to drive us there. SHOCKING

Had a very stressful and bad experience with this company. Totally ruined my special birthday celebrations. I was informed by Antonio I would have a top class Mercedes 22 seater with blackout windows as their standard one had gone hence reason from first quotation this was an extra £30. After thinking about it I called and made my payment to Josh (manager) confirming all booking details verbally - bad move....! 48 hours before my my celebrations Antonio called to say Josh would like to speak to me. Josh explained there was an error with the quote and would require another £60 or a £50 cancellation fee. I explained I had an invoice for what i had paid and conformation where i was going to. Josh kept saying wrongly quoted so I had no choice other than to pay the £60.
Icing on the cake was on the day I received a Rattle School Bus which we didn't know if we would get to our destination and even worse coming home.
I sent a few emails and got no response until I called and spoke to Josh who has none customer service whats so ever and informed me I did not pay for Mercedes Mini Bus - Load of rubbish....! I can assure you what they advertise on their website this is not what you receive. be very careful and go elsewhere. DO NOT USE. My credit card company are now perusing the situation as what i paid for I did not receive. More...

Trivo Travel provided a coach for our wedding between Consal Hall Gardens Staffordshire and Churnet Valley Railway providing a coach through Harry Shaw Coventry. The service was fantastic, arrived in good time and the driver was excellent. I reccomend Trivo Travel to anyone who is looking for a worry free service. We booked a 33 seater coach for the races in Haydock. Fantastic service from start to finish! Customer service team were very helpful in advising of us timings etc. Driver was on time and very friendly. We were not allowed to drink alcohol on the bus but this was understandable. Prompt pickup and he was on hand to pick our (fairly) drunk group on the return. Would definitely recommend these guys. Clean vehicles and no nonsense. More...

Brilliant service and lovely coaches.

I do loads of charity events and I'm always needed a coach. Wished I found Trivo travel at the beginning as they were great and understanding and gave me massive discount as they like to work closely with charity's and give back to the community.

My name is Michelle Turner and I booked a coach for our wedding for Saturday 10th February. I don't tend to write reviews but wanted to share my experience with Trivo Travel if others were to book.

Their sales assistant Antonio was extremely helpful in assisting me with my booking over the phone. They provided a 53 seater coach for my daughter Tonia's wedding. The driver (didn't catch his name, I think it was Mike) was extremely polite and looked after us from start to finish. The coach was waiting for us on the return trip and he was happy to allow us to have multiple stop offs for our return trip. (I should of notified them of this beforehand. Sorry!)

A wedding is a special and also a very stressful day for anyone involved. Trivo Travel took the stress of transport away from us and made us feel extremely relieved in knowing that it was all taking care of. We booked a standard coach for the wedding, and when it arrived, I had no complaints. Clean, modern and to be honest it was of a higher standard that I expected to pay for. I was provided with the driver's contact number a day before the journey which made me feel extremely relieved. As you can imagine, a wedding is stressful for any mother! Prompt, reliable, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Trivo Travel to anyone out there and will definitely be booking again in the future!
