I am very passionate about my job. I help my clients with daily personal care, promoting and safeguarding their welfare, empowering them and listening too.

I have worked and gained experience in social care for 24 years. I believe our clients are the centre to their care and we need to respect their decisions, wants, and needs. I wanted to provide quality care focusing on clients needs.
My business use person centred approach and recruit carers who have good qualities of care e.g. empathetic, reliable, patient, observant, caring, respectful, practical, experienced, and qualified.


Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, we are flexible, responsive and passionate about making a difference. Our aim is to enable you or your loved ones to live independently in your own home.
All our employees are fully trained and competent in providing health and social care. This includes moving and handling; use of equipment; safeguarding and protection of vulnerable adults; personal care and dignity in care; infection control; nutrition and food hygiene; medication awareness and assistance. Our full training course is completed by our carers annually and as and when required to update their knowledge and skills.


We follow up by weekly call to all clients and monitor carer at all times. COVID-19 has brought changes to the way we do things and i believe email is the best and most efficient form of communication with all our stakeholders.


To ensure that safe, effective procedures are in place with staff and clients having information in an accessible format.

All our staff are tested every week.
Risk assessment is done before visit. Use of PPE is recommended when providing personal care (this is called donning)at all times.
