What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people maximise their potential.
My journey into hypnotherapy started from my 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Over my many years of working with a wide variety of people, especially with Oncology patients, I became very aware of how easy it is for our thoughts to think negatively and how this then impacts on our behaviour and our health. Becoming a hypnotherapist has enabled me, to help my clients move forward from these self-defeating beliefs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Pushing my own limitations so that I know how it feels to experience anxiety and concern. The reward being able to say I have built my business on my own merit

I like to believe I am approachable and trustworthy, friendly and calm. I want to be able to help others achieve their dreams and build a future to look forward to.
