Finally!! A sports massage that actually works and makes a difference... With me running quite a few marathons I am very prone to chronic muscle pulls and muscle micro-injuries. Chris is an absolute genius. even after one visit to Chris I already feel recuperation. He is so professional and his set up peaceful and relaxing. I have a higher rate of movement & minimal muscle tension. He is a lovely guy and always makes me feel at ease. Absolutely love going to get a deep tissue sports massage from Chris!! My go to massage therapist, usually book in with him every two months for a full body. If I could it'd be every month.I have LOT of physical hobbies to the point my mates say I do too much and a manual job which builds up a lot of muscular tension especially in my traps and lats.Chris is very welcoming and puts you at ease, he's got a lovely set up space, he's knowledgeable and experienced with having worked in top resorts before becoming self employed.Chris is excellent at what he does! I have had several treatments by Chris. The massage I received was by far THE best I have had. Attending the gym means I can be left sore and stiff, however, I can feel the benefits of Chris's work almost immediately. Can't wait to return.

Got a full body massage yesterday afternoon. This was a Christmas present and turned out to be a great one �.
Chris is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his work and is very friendly and welcoming.
I’d been having some trouble and discomfort in my shoulders and neck. Chris through his great technique has succeeded in loosening me up, I feel like new today. I would highly recommend Chris for a first class and very professional massage.
