I signed up with Kyron a couple of years ago. Quite honestly, it was the best thing I've ever done for my fitness. He is professional, knowledgable and knows how to design my training to work for me.
He listens, he motivates, and more importantly - he gets results. My confidence both in and out of the gym has rocketed.
I initially signed up for my wedding which was in June 2019, and I still train with him now, as does my husband!

At the start of last year I set myself a goal of being fitter, being stronger and having more endurance to allow me to compete in my 3rd triathlon.
I came across Kyron’s profile when looking for a personal trainer. One year on, I have managed to get fitter, stronger and increase my endurance. I like Kyron’s focus and how he will push you to the limit at every session.
During our several lockdowns I can say my personal trainer sessions with Kyron kept me sane, level headed, and the energy and banter he brings, is priceless.

I’ve been working with Kyron for a while and it’s been brilliant! He’s very positive and helped not only with my fitness but massively with my mental health and how to be happy with my body at all times.
I struggled with feelings of guilt whenever I didn’t exercise or feel I’d exercised enough or ate poorly and he helped to stop these feelings and have a more balanced view. I haven’t lost as much as I originally wanted but I know this to do with my diet not his effectiveness. Although I may not feel I’ve lost a lot of weight I can say my body shape has changed and I am the happiest I’ve ever been with my current size and shape.
