Seen Paddy twice a week for a full month now and the results are well and truly showing!

Personal Trainers

I started working with Paddy just over 8 weeks ago. After almost 12 months of lockdown, being seriously out of shape and pretty much zero motivation I got in touch to organise some training sessions.

Paddy is a very personable individual. He took time at the outset to build an excellent rapport, understand what makes you tick and identify what I wanted to achieve.

He is incredibly supportive, but at the same time he works you hard. He tailors every session, so it never gets boring. Due to the nature of my work I can be away from home often at short notice. This means no equipment is available to train with. He will improvise as required to ensure you you get maximum benefit regardless of where you are or equipment used.

As well as physical training, he has also assisted with working on mindset and nutrition which which all go hand-in-hand.

So to sum up ... if you want to improve you’re physical fitness, mental well-being and mindset give Paddy a shout. You will not regret it!

Paddy has been, and continues to be, instrumental in my fitness journey. I've worked with him in the gym and now online due to lockdown. He's helped me achieve things I wasnt able to just working out by myself. He tailors my workouts to suit me and keeps me motivated. I'm not your typical gym goer and would normally be intimidated by the prospect of having a PT. Q&As

Say you come to me with the goal of losing weight. We'd start by looking at what you're days typically look like... What do you do for a living? What's home-life like? How much free time do you have? How do you enjoy spending your time?

Once we have a clear picture of your day-to-day, we can look to take small steps to increase your activity. Maybe we could introduce or improve some strength-training component?

In the kitchen, we'd find meals that you enjoy eating, are convenient, and keep you on track with your goals.

By making small changes, the results compound — little by little — until your new lifestyle makes you feel better than ever before.

Having a vivid imagination. Seriously — why limit yourself. I'd be flying around like bloody superman if my body could do that. (Though I'm sadly yet to figure out how to fly).

If you pressed me for a real answer, I'd say the most important thing is support. A lot of us broadly know what we should do, we just don't have the support on hand to navigate a plan through life's trials and tribulations.

Getting messages like this one, from my client Kirsty:

"Anyway, just messaging to say that went back into the office for first time since Dec and got quite a few comments saying I'd lost weight or had I been working out. So that's nice. ??"
