Raff at Trademark Construction, formerly known as 1st Call, has done lots of work at our home over several years. He has installed double glazed external doors, decorated rooms and replaced flooring and our latest project is the building of an extension. He is highly professional, always turns up when he says he will, pays great attention to detail, completes work to the highest standards. Completely trustworthy, we're happy to leave him working in our home when we're out. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages can be converted but just a simple call to your local council will let you know.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
There are different types of garage conversions, from single rooms to additional down stairs bathrooms with attached utility rooms. All have in common are they have floating or screeded floors. Insulation to all external walls and ceilings. Garage door removed and brick and blocked up. Visits from Building control.

Turning customers dreams into reality and also the pleasure myself and customers get from the finished project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was trained to do a job one way and that way was the correct way. When the company I worked for closed this gave me the chance to go it alone and I have never looked back.
