I can't reccomend tracey enough! I do my personal training with her 5 days a week,she keeps me motivated is always there to answer any questions and her support and encouragement is phenomenal she designs workouts to help me reach my goals and each session I see more strength than the session before her workouts are unique and never get boring. thank you tracey for everything ❤

I’ve really enjoyed joining Tracey’s online classes over the past 12 or so weeks, I’ve been able to schedule my days around the classes which has been great for having some structure during this time! I love that there’s a mixture of different classes during the week and I’ve found that they all push me in different ways. I was a novice when I joined the classes , Tracey is an awesome instructor and give you different levels of excercise tailored to your fitness levels . I’m now up to 9 classes a week due to the different variety of sessions given . I’m feeling so good about the way I’m toning up and it’s all due to the classes and Tracey. Highly recommend More...

Never been one for fitness classes but started Traceys classes in Kinglassie just last week and must say felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door, the whole group is friendly and helps you find the motivation to keep going and pushing yourself, would highly recommend

I go to the metafit/metaPWR class on a Monday night in Kinglassie. I like that the class is in our village and is 30 mins max. Yes it's hard going some weeks but you go at your own pace and Tracey gives you low impact options to follow on each exercise. My fitness level has definitely improved and I feel more toned. Would recommend giving the classes a go. More...

When a work colleague invited me to metafit at Templehall on Thursday's I did not think it would be for me as I did not have great stamina nor am i the most body confident. Tracey is a brilliant instructor, she makes variations to suit everybody's fitness levels and the others who attend the class are lovely people and we all encourage each other. The 30 mins is over before you know it and if you stick at it you will notice a massive change in yourself. My strength has improved and my stamina has also seen a great deal of improvement. Walking through the doors is the hardest part but once you attend the results are extremely rewarding. More...

I hace tried a few different fitnes classes and often found them quite daunting that is until now. The friendliness of the girls I have met made it so much easier for mw to attend these. They are so much fun and varied for all fitness levels! To me it is all about taking part and having fun! My teenage Daughter attends these classes and she loves them especially the Trampolining! After being disappointed in trudging to gyms, I heard about Tracey’s Fitness Classes. I’m lucky as 6 of her classes are right here in the village I live in, Kinglassie. I can actually walk to her classes! She’s very motivational and her fitness classes are varied, never the same, she works hard to mix them up. Her Hiit to Bounce classes are a fun but an all round work out. Then there’s Metafit, P90x and Boxercise, and she does other classes in Kirkcaldy too. Iv been going to Tracey's classes for a few months now, doing Circuits on a Monday at Torbain church, Metafit and MetaPWR on a Tuesday and a Thursday at templehall community centre. To start with I struggled with keeping up but after a while really noticed a difference in my fitness levels, was able to do more for longer, Tracey offers different levels of exercise, is friendly and is a great instructor and makes her classes fun!
