Totem Property Services was founded by two local tradesmen, Ben Rowett & James Scarr who decided to join forces to provide a range of property & landscaping services in Berkshire and the surrounding area. James is a skilled carpenter with many years experience in property refurbishment and maintenance, whilst Ben specialises in garden landscaping including artificial grass installation.

We can't thank James and Ben enough for the 5* quality transformation to our garden. We didn't really know what to do with the space and needed to make the garden more child friendly! They started on the Monday and were finished by the Friday and even managed to knock us up a shed in that time too which needed a base filled in, which was not agreed but were more than happy to help! From start to finish they were so professional, and i felt they really took time to make sure it was finished to a high standard! They were always on time and cleared up everything afterwards jet washed the patios down from all the mud and dirt and where the skip was too! We specialise in a number of hard landscaping services including decking, patios, garden walls and gravelled areas. We also ensure a suitable foundation is in place to ensure a long-lasting finish. You provide us with your garden vision and budget and we’ll help you achieve it.
Kitchen Fitting
We provide a complete fitting service, not only do we take care of the kitchen installation itself, we also undertake tiling, flooring and decorating. Our chosen kitchen supplier is Howdens as we feel they offer a broad range of styles to suit varying budgets, as well as a good quality finish. We know that replacing a kitchen can be stressful so we will work with you throughout the whole process to ensure it’s completed with as little disruption as possible.
General Carpentry
We offer a range of carpentry services such as hanging doors, building stud work, fitting skirting boards and architrave and building cupboards. Our aim is to provide quality service and craftsmanship at affordable prices from a company you can trust. No job is too small, we will work with you to achieve the best result on any project we work on.
Painting & Decorating
Domestic interior painting & decorating including: Glossing & undercoating, emulsion, wall papering, lining paper, varnishing and coving.
We believe that careful preparation and good quality materials is what enables us to provide a professional finish every time.
