Jeremy is an excellent massage therapist who is clearly very knowledgeable in his field. He has helped me with back and knee pain that I have had since childhood, I had been to a few physical therapists and chiropractors in the past, but Jeremy's enthusiastic approach to explaining the reasons behind the pain I was experiencing seemed to be the only way to motivate me to do the exercises he gave me! He also provided a thorough postural assessment, excellent massage and even videoed the exercises to help strengthen targeted areas. Great, professional service. Super responsive, and I really felt like the problem was thoroughly assessed. Really helpful exercises given to do, a targeted massage released a *lot* of tension and tightness, and the pain in my hip went away within a couple of weeks of treatment, and has stayed away for several months now (after a couple of years of on and off pain).
