How long have you been interested in magic?
Since a very young age - around 6 years old. After getting a couple of magic sets I soon started practicing all of the time. I performed often to my friends at school and did my first paid wedding gig at 15 years old. I then got accepted into the Portsmouth district magic circle at 16, one of their youngest members. At college I won the south of England talent competition with full marks. I've continued to learn and grow and now have become a full time professional.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
Non stop laughs, gasps and surprises. I tend to leave the gimmicks alone and go for hard hitting skilful and visual magic.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the moment between the magic and the aftermath of the trick. The moment when for a split second the spectator can't believe what they have seen. It occurs in every person, even the harshest critic, even me at times. Not because I think I have fooled or tricked anyone necessarily, but because in that moment everyone returns to an imaginative innocence that they rarely experience once they become an adult.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love magic and I love managing myself. I enjoy the challenge of balancing self discipline and freedom. It's extremely rewarding.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am fun and positive, friendly and polite. I am a great magician, well practiced and passionate. I could not pretend to be good whilst leaving my customers dissatisfied. I quote fairly and I'm interested in providing a quality service. After all, this is my profession and reputation which will only prosper if I deliver the absolute best of my ability and then some.
