Very disappointed with the standard of work. I'm kicking myself for trusting Michael, all promises but does not keep his word. Promised to do a good job but did not complete to a satisfactory standard. I have paid him in full, still waiting for guarantee 6 months later. Excuses given all the time. Changed my gutters which was a disgrace. Leaking all down the walls !!! I would say avoid or use with caution. More...

I required the flashing around the chimney to be made good as recent snow had caused a leak. Also the top of chimney required attention.
Micheal from Topview visited the same day.We agreed a price and the job was done the next day without any problems.The finished work which also included
repointing the ridge and hip tiles in the area looks good.Impressed by the fact that both Micheal and his partner wore masks to comply with Covid guidance the whole time.I would use Topview again without hesitation.

Needed a repair in my gable end roof verges as mortar had started to crumble and fall out.
The guys did a vey neat and professional job repairing both sides of the roof, so much so that both my neighbours who also had problems with their verges asked them to fix theirs too! Complete with a 5 year guarantee on the work, I can only recommend the guys at Topview Roofing
