I also record grooms which can be viewed on YouTube providing customers give me permission to post their dogs video! Bobby had his first visit to Charlotte today. He was given an appointment very quickly as the hot weather was making him uncomfortable. He has had a lovely haircut and was relaxed and well groomed afterwards. Charlotte was very professional, very courteous and exactly the person we want to look after our dog. We will be back! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Working with dogs is amazing but I do love a good big hairy dog to bath and blow dry!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for animals and being a creative person! Going to animal college really pushed me to go down the dog grooming route and finally start my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I'm trustworthy, friendly and have a genuine love for not just dogs but all animals!

No not really. I could offer advice to customers who need some grooming advice at home via messages though.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am meeting customers outside as I'm not allowing anyone into my work space, I am wearing a facemask as well as sanitising my hands before and after the grooms

This is a: Bath, blow dry, shave (I can do long and short shaves), brush, nail clip, ears cleaned & plucked if needed, finished with a spritz of boy or girl Paco Rabanne Million for dogs!
Bath and blow dry (for short or long haired double coated dogs)
This is a: Bath with high quality shampoo, face wash in blueberry facial shampoo, blow dry, trim on paw pads if needed, nails clipped and ears cleaned, finished with a spritz of boy or girl Paco Rabanne Million for dogs!
Bath and blow dry (for woolly coats, wire coats, silk coats)
This is a: Bath with high quality shampoo, face wash in blueberry facial shampoo, blow dry, face trimmed, bottom shaved & belly shaved if wanted, paw pads trimmed, nails clipped and ears cleaned, finished with a spritz of boy or girl Paco Rabanne Million for dogs!
Nail trim
This is a short appointment for a nail trim only.
