Booked a limo for a 60th birthday, airport to Southampton and then back to London after a 2 week cruise. We were very wary having read reviews but I can safely say we were very pleased with the service we recieved. Limo was on time driver was awesome, my only complaint would be no wine as promised in the limo. Driver stopped and offered to purchase the wine for us.He also brought us coffee on the way home, it was an early pickup. Seriously dont understand some of the comments I've read. More...

Absolutely disgusting.
This was not a service it was a lie.
Limo was booked for 10.00am - didn't arrive but I was told it was just minutes away, well 10 minutes later, still no limo - apparently the driver had locked the keys in the car at the petrol station,
90 minutes later, standing in the freezing cold the limo had failed to arrive and the company was refusing to answer any calls. Alternative transport had to be found at very short notice and we made our show with just seconds to spare. It completely ruined what should have been a fun and relaxing ladies day out.
Unfortunately, I have since found the Facebook page and seen that many other people have had the same appalling experience.

AVOID this company. Sourced them through Add to Event website. Paid deposit. Communication was practically non existent. Emailed, contact form, text, phoned, FB message - to confirm, eventually got a phone call to say all in hand and he would sort but he'd been busy as works for the MOD?! He said he realised how important a prom was and it would all be fine... NO - didn't turn up on the night. Very upset girls and stressed angry parents - ruined the night. Im cross with myself as even though I was worried about the lack of communication I allowed myself to trust them. DON'T !! On finding ways to contact them I came across Facebook reviews - they have done this many times to other people.I will be claiming my deposit back via PayPal and persuing compensation. More...

Great service provided by this company. Stepped in at the last minute when our prom car fell through. Arrived slightly late but rang beforehand to tell us and was happy to drive the girls around beforehand, just for the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Booked a limo for a Prom, called me a week in advance to check the booking, called me to advise that the vehicle was on its way but may be a few minutes late as stuck on the M4.
