How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The loft will be suitable for conversion when the Hight in the highest place is min 2.2 meters and you can comfortable walk in most of the loft space.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
making sure the space for the loft is suitable
then getting the plans done by architect some times this stage is already done and organized by the client
making sure the loft is clear before starting the works
removing the old part of the roof
installing steels and creating the floor
building a dormer and fitting insulation to a floor and the dormer
covering the dormer with play boards abd getting the roof done
roof tiles
inside pluming and electrics
plasterboard and plastering
second fix plumbing and electrics
painting and decorating

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to meet different people and enjoying looking at them when they are very happy with their new or refurbished houses. The is nothing better then having a 100% positive fit back after the job is completed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always liked to work with the customers ,and being able to work on something ,creating something which makes other people happy. Also own time to manage build something which will be recognised in the industry
