I have experienced a huge positive change since going to Tone Fitness. I have lost close to a stone in 6 weeks and am stronger and more toned. The physical changes also have a very positive impact on mental attitude . The staff/instructors are excellent; all very encouraging and motivating while taking account of what you can do as far as exercise is concerned. Tone fitness is absolutely amazing. I have done the 6 week challenge and although I haven't met my targets, it has been worth every penny. The PT's are incredible and motivating. The food plan is not horrendous and is totally doable. The workouts are hard, but you feel amazing afterwards. I have definitely dropped a dress size and feel great for doing it. A very welcoming atmosphere, no intimidation from instructors or fellow fitness peeps. I have been going to Tone Fitness for one month now and feel so much better for it health-wise and can already see a real difference and feel a difference in my clothes size. The workouts are hard but worth it and I don’t struggle as much as I did when I started. I stumbled across an ad on Facebook for the 6 week challenge. I decided to check it out as I have been failing badly at motivating myself to get fit for a good three years now. I am now on the 4th week and I have not only achieved great results (lost 7lb and 3.2% bodyfat) but I have started to like myself again. I have more energy, confidence and strength. My eating habits have changed for the better. I would not have achieved this without the support and guidance from the personal trainers at Tone Fitness. The workouts are tough but leave me feeling I can achieve anything. Training with other member's has been inspiring and everyone is friendly and supportive of one another. Amazing fitness gym that specialises in small groups (2 -8 people) with the aim of reducing weight, BMI and toning your body back in to shape, no matter what age you are. I am currently doing 'The six week challenge' which consists of 3 x hourly sessions a week together with a specially prepared eating plan. You will receive a book that covers everything to help you plan your meals).The sessions are tough but energizing. The trainers are dedicated, encouraging and supportive. There is even a closed group on facebook for all active members.Tone Fitness will adjust your exercises if you have medical conditions such as arthritis, back problems etc. Core strength is an important part of the sessions when doing a full body work out. I have a bad hip which can lead to lower back pain. After only 4 sessions I can already feel the benefit, both in my hip and back, and have lost around 5lbs so far!They offer other sessions too, such as boxing and more intense training.I hadn't been near a gym in 30 years but no matter how tough the first session was for me I can honestly say I look forward to going back each time!I have to say Tone Fitness is well on the way to helping me to change my shape, strength, relationship with food and probably my life! Have found the classes really hard but admit to getting a buzz when they are finished! All the instructors are great and classes are small - quite often not a full even with the limited class size of 6-8 people. Have not found the food plan great (personally I've found the portions too large!) but it is working although more slowly than I would like so I will see what happens at the end of the 6 weeks. This is a great place to come, get fit/tone up and loose weight. The food plan wasn’t for me but it has certainly put me on track. I've been really enjoying the variety of training sessions, especially the strength sessions. It is expensive compared to a normal gym, but if you can afford it I think it's worth paying more for the added accountability plus the almost-personal training.

I can’t recommend it enough I’m on my third week of the six week challenge and have to admit I was sceptical having tried ever diet/fitness out there! I have my weigh in and check Friday but I’m confident I’ve lost weight 6lb lighter as of week two and my clothes feel looser. The training team are great and I actually look forward to my sessions. I am halfway through my 6 week challenge and finding I am enjoying it and really motivated to kick start a more healthy, fitter and lighter me! Having started the training sessions after having done zero fitness for years has not been easy but you very quickly get into it and my fitness level is noticeably getting better and better. The fact that each session is different and quick makes it very doable for all fitness levels. The trainers have been really supportive and encouraging and you are made very welcome at each session. The food plan is restrictive and very protein based and makes a lot of sense nutritionally. This has re-educated my eating habits and you soon adapt and I can honestly say I am not constantly hungry or craving sugary things! I feel very comfortable within the sessions despite being very unfit and completely un-coordinated! The trainers are really friendly and push me to achieve results. The sessions are varied. I'm noticing my arms tone up! So far so good. Not sure I'll achieve the 20lbs weight loss suggested for me at the start unless I get a massive spurt in the last two weeks but any weight loss is in the right direction. More...

We brought Semi Private Training to Poole - we immediately recognised the value it would bring to our clients.

We have 95% ladies at the studio aged 30+.
