Arrived early when warned equipment wasn't ready and supplied 2 plumbers without need (but charged for them). The work carried out in the first visit fixed water pressure which was good. .. But the 2nd visit to install the equipment was a shambles... Destroyed the work done in the first trip and reduced the water pressure - so first trip now paid for but not worth it During the works they need an electrician and they got a terrible and expensive one in who literally ran cable through anything and everything when there were easy gutters even I as a layman could achieve - already over budget the site was left a state, tiles missing and dust everywhere The plumber even joked to his friend on the phone about how he was stamping dusty footprints through my house. He also kept telling me how he would put dust sheets down but didn't... Disgusting! I won't go into their political stance that I overheard but pretty disgusting views in this day and age - I would stay clear.. they squeezed 200 extra out of me after reduced scope of work and still left the job unusable. I ended up having to redo the work myself which is in a much better state with NO DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION from their badly fit showers Don't use these guys - there website is down as they didn't renew their domain. Super service, lovely guy and very happy with the service. Our toilet had been causing us issues with noise/not filling properly months and I was worried about the cost/it being a big job. Teddy was fantastic and I'd recommend him to anyone. Cheers. More...
