How long have you been in business?
TLC Care Services LLP was formed in 2017. We got our Registration with the Care Quality Commission in 2018.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All our staff have and wear PPE while they perform their tasks
For cleaning and Domestic tasks, we charge an extra fee if we bring our own equipment and supplies
What do you love most about your job?
At TLC Care Services, we realise that no day is the same, we work with dynamism in mind as our Clients needs and circumstances might change often. We enjoy making a difference in the days and lives of the Clients we support and assist through engaging and interacting with positively on every visit
What inspired you to start your own business?
We realised there was a gap in the market in personalised care. TLC Care Services works with you to ensure that your care meets are met respecting your choices and tastes.
Why should our clients choose you?
We provide clients with a service catered to them, we will listen and work with them to ensure that they get a good quality service

At the moment we do not provide any services online, however our clients and their networks or prospective clients can contact us via email
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Staff have weekly tests
Staff have been offered the vaccine programme and are partaking in it
We support our Clients in staying safe by ensuring they have consistent staff meeting their care needs
TLC Care Services follows infection control protocol measures, our staff are replenished PPE as and when they need it. They change it after every task and dispose of it effectively

Someone to stay withn your loved one for a few hours and assist them with their daily needs. Also the time can be to give the friends and or family of the client a break so they can pop out to shop or relax while we care for your loved one
