Tj&son garden&landscaping

Un professional, badly managed, money oriented not quality oriented,inhumane, fake, untidy.there are countless reasons I would never recommend this company, please read it this should not be happened to any one else. This is the first time I am giving a bad review to someone.

Reasons

1-
Gave us a quote according to our requirements, we agreed because it was bit low compared to other companies which gave us quotes when before starting the work they calculated the amount and increased the quote amount, They put us in a difficult situation,
However, because I agree to give them the project we decided to go for it,by trusting them.
Funny thing was we never bargained anything regarding money or anything!

They said they will never ask for money before the job is done, at the first day he asked for some cash in advance. I thought it's a start let's ignore it, but it was just the tip of an iceberg. He started to ask cash most of the day saying because of COVID¿ materials..... Etc... and making some reasons (now I realised it was all fake) he was just utilising our humanity. Again he increased the total amount by saying he can't do it by these amount, now the cost is doubled than the initial quote. Which we had to borrow from someone. Because at that time our front and back garden became so dirty and the job was not even half, because we were working in hospital we do 12 hours shift, we could not get time to check with them, was thinking he was trustworthy. Finally they said the work is finished but we couldn't check, we gave them the cash
When I checked it was devastating.
Nothing was finished, everything unfinished dirty,
and the new turf they installed was dying. Because they brought the turf roll and keep it our garden for more than 24 hours!! Idealy it should be installed ASAP or max of 8 hours in summer,
We checked even the weeds from old turf is under the newly installed turf both in front and back,they haven't removed it!!!!!!!! just in one week weeds are growing in between the turfs!!!!
And in the frond garden many turf was missing . And they installed only two panels of fence in front the other part they left opened!!!!!
Now we are hiring someone else to fix all the issues
It's a heavy money loss for us now we are in debt.

About the work, they don't have any machine, to do a landscape project, our project they were doing everything manually,
Very unorganised, untidy, they don't know where to start where to end!
Speaking about neatness, our front door, frond windows are splashed with cement and they destroyed our driveway, our garden chair, and our garden hose,
They agreed to collect all the waste and included a huge amount for waste collection in quote ,but they just called a small skip and overloaded it, some of the waste they put above our neighbours shed, can you believe it!!! Which I asked to remove politely, they agreed but the left it there,
When the skip driver come next day he said he can bring the overloaded skip, which is acceptable, but he was so annoyed with that, he started to yell at my wife and baby and threatening and saing he will put the rest of the rubbish wherever he wants, he was saying about the new installed turf, driver was not listening to my wife she was trying to say him that it's not out fault its the tj garden and land scraping, he left all the rubbish on our driway and left,

We tried to call Toby, tj garden he BLOCKED our number!!! We tried to message him but he just blocked us everywhere. He don't want to listen our side, just selfish.

we had to hire another company to remove it took 5 hours to clean our driveway and other side of the property,(some of them are irreversible) and never the less more money loss.
If here an option to attach pics I would've show the pics and video evidences, there are many other things to say as well but it's too much, we had a stress full 12 days which we wish to forgot.

Bark should be very careful about such fake companies

Toby and team came to repair our front fence which had started to disintegrate, he replaced all the posts and the fence to an excellent standard, I would recommend him.
