Where do I start? Not only is the venue absolutely stunning but every single member of staff is outstanding. We recently held our wedding reception at Tip Top Venues, Lakeside and had the most wonderful day! Helen was so helpful throughout the planning stages and was a god send when setting up for the day alongside her team. The venue is breath taking and all of our guests commented on the beautiful location and the unique qualities this venue provides! We wanted a venue that created an atmosphere where our guests could sit back, relax and have fun...we were not disappointed! I cannot recommend Tip Top Venues highly enough. We had an absolute disaster with the weather and the morning of my friend's wedding it was looking like the gail force winds would stop the whole day. Helen however, did not let that stop her. She went out of her way to ensure that the day went ahead and we even had the ceremony in her Grandparents' back garden. All teams were called in and everything was taken care of with minimal stress and I just cannot thank everyone enough. We were eventually ok'd to go back to the Tipi at 5:30pm and everything was perfect. We all had the best day and it wouldn't have been possible without Helen and the team, so a million times thank you. I don't even know where to begin. The setting, the tipis, the organisation from Helen are all amazing from start through to finish. I always knew that I wanted our wedding to be a bit different from tradition, and from the moment I visited Lakeside I knew that was it!! I love that you have a blank canvas (no pun intended!!) to work with and you can tailor make your day to be completely unique. Where do I begin saying how amazing this venue is!!We had our wedding here in the summer and the location was absolutely perfect for our festival themed wedding. The venue is so flexible and allowed us to make our vision a reality. Helen was amazing throughout the whole process and also helped us with local suppliers we could use as we weren't from the area. She went above and beyond to help us with our wedding and was such a calming influence on the day too. We held our wedding here last week and it was fantastic!The venue is beautiful and very picturesque. Perfect setting for an outdoor wedding and great for capturing those perfect moments. Throughout the planning process, Helen and her team were extremely helpful and welcoming. They offered advice and suggestions when needed but also allowed us to plan our day the way we wanted.On both the setup day and the wedding day they were amazing and they really did help to make the day so so special. We used Tip Top Venues this weekend to host our Sodexo summer party, the venue and the staff were fantastic! Helen our main contact was very efficient and flexible and really did go above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The venue had everything we needed, lots of space, gorgeous countryside views, plus the benefit of Helen being able to recommend local suppliers and activities. We went to Tip Top Venues on the weekend for a company summer party and the venue and the staff were just incredible! Everyone was really helpful and friendly and the day ran so smoothly. The venue made for some fantastic photos and was large enough to hold 200+ people! We held our wedding here last weekend and everything was amazing. The location is amazing and all the team are so helpful and friendly. They are always on hand via email or on the phone to answer any questions or offer advice on suppliers, decorations etc. The location is perfect it’s so pretty and private and safe - the photos by tje lake have come out amazing. A great experience all around! Fantastic venue, fantastic team and what a perfect location. We hosted a Corporate festival on the 13 July and Helen, and the wider team could not have been more accommodating.
