Our first visit there on recommendation from a friend.Amazing lady very knowledgeable about the dogs .Felt she loved the dogs should was handling and she did a great job on my schnauzer starting to get herror back to some proper shape after not poor but a bit incorrect previous cutting and my awful snipping because she was too long and couldn't get her in before our hols. I have never had a dog groomed before, we had Bella from 12 weeks old, she's now 6 months, this is her first ever cut and I was so nervous about leaving her but was perfectly reassured and when it came down to it I felt confident leaving her. very professional setting, absolutely spotless. everything was explained to me, even down to what cut she recommend for Bella. Took my Westie, Penny and mums Shiz Tzu, Alfie today for the first time. Nikki's set up is professional with all sorts of grooming kit, warm and cosy. Penny is diabetic and has recently gone blind so Nikki stayed very close to her for reassurance while grooming. Nikki was very caring with Penny's skin and took the greatest of care. What a truly professional service from start to finish, my border terrier Alfie had a bad service before from another groomer and was very hesitant to go to another, but , Nicky was so down to earth and explained everything about handstripping , I knew he was in the right hands , and gave a feeling of genuine care for Alfie and ourselves. Dexter is 6 and very nervous which is probably why I've never taken him to a groomer before. I'm embarrassed to say I've trimmed him (badly) myself for years. Nicky is amazing! I took Charlie my cavalier here today for the first time. Charlie has only ever had his haircut once in 7 years as he hates scissors. Charlie was causing a riot a first (bless Nicky she had a job on her hands) I left and collected Charlie a couple of hours later and he was happily trotting around showing off his new haircut. Nicky was so friendly and patient. Charlie can be a terror but Nicky seemed to take it all in her stride. I will 100% be taking Charlie back and would recommend her to everyone! Bath & Drying
Full Bath and dry, i do not use cabinet dryers. Your dog will have a spray of pet cologne to making them smell gorgeous.
Cut/Trim/Clipper/Styled
Whether you would like your dog to have a full cut, a trim or clippered all dogs are styled to owners specification and treated one to one with a experienced qualified groomer.
Ear plucked and cleaned
Dogs ears can get full of wax and hair causing ear mites and infections, Ears are plucked with all full grooms and cleaned.
Nails trimmed
All nails are trimmed with all full grooms, if you want your dog to just come and have their nails clipped this is £6.00
Bath & Dry & Styled
This is full bath dry and styled ie specially for the Bichon pooch. that need a good brush out and fluffing back into style. All dogs are sprayed with pet cologne and smell gorgeous on leaving.
Pick up & drop of service
Will pick up and drop off you dog for their groom if you do not have transport. Up to 5 miles radius of my address. There is a small charge for this although very competitive priced.
Mobile Visits
I will come to you up to 10 miles radius and groom your dog all i ask if you would supply somewhere i can bath your pooch, i will bring shampoos/cologne and the rest.
