I personally wouldn't recommend the Burton office conveyancing, we never got off the ground there, and when we chased things up (by email) we received a very curt, almost rude, letter in response. However, our sale and purchase was then taken over by Sheila Biskup and her team at the Derby office and what a difference! Excellent service and they kept us well informed along the way. I have moved 17 times over the years and used at least 15 solicitors. Timms have been the best that I have ever used. All the work was done by e-mail , as agreed, to keep costs down and also to ensure that things kept moving along with the minimum of fuss. Loads of common sense used by Timms when facing issues.
