My Work as a Coach

Personal growth is indispensable to achieve a fulfilled life. I am committed to development and progress, passionate about goals and achievements, about human behaviour and interactions and more than anything about bringing transformation to peoples' lives.

I've a passion to help people develop and nurture themselves, their careers and achieve their life goals and dreams. I have for many years mentored colleagues and decided in 2017 to qualify as a life coach. I am currently at Intermediate level of the Co-Active Coaching Certification Programme to become a International Coach Federation (IFA) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), this challenging, in-depth programme is recognised as the most rigorous in the industry.

I have mentored and supported people developing their careers at work for many years and felt so inspired by the results that I further developed this skill along with life coaching skills to enable me to work closely with people across all walks of life and help them achieve their goals, ambitions and dreams.

During my work as a Coach, which is the transformation of the human mind and behaviour, the vast improvement in self-confidence and self-belief and the understanding of the personal meaning of fulfilment. I know the challenges of the process but also the satisfaction of experiencing a life full of possibilities, a fulfilled life.

Biography
I have been a Chartered Surveyor and Partner at Arcadis UK with over 35 years’ experience of leadership in the Construction and Aviation industries and I know, from experience, that sometimes the personal and professional challenges that life constantly throws at us are easier overcome with help.

I was voted on to the Board of the British Aviation Group (BAG) in 2015 with the manifesto to raise awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in our industry and promote the Next Generation agenda. I'm privileged to lead a multi-discipline team of over 165 professional experts.

I'm a father and husband with a passion to help people achieve the best they can in life and their careers.
