Ilona's cakes are amazing. She had designed the most beautiful wedding cake from our brief beyond anything I could have imagined. "Ilona is all-in-all fantastic and we highly recommend her. She is super talented and just so lovely too.
It's a very difficult task for someone to listen to your (my) muddled and inexperienced explanation of a design that you have only in your head and for that person to deliver you results. However, Ilona understood us perfectly, and not only did she get what we wanted, but she also helped us to tweak its design to make it even better.
Furthermore Ilona bought round some delicious examples for us to try and helped us to choose what cakes and fillings we wanted.
Ilona communicated with us throughout and delivered to us the most stunning wedding cake that was better then we could have dreamt.
My husband is a chef by trade (he's one who isn't easy to please) and he couldn't fault the taste and look of our wedding cake"

Ilona has made 2 amazing cakes for us, our daughters christening cake & our wedding cake. Both cakes tasted amazing. Our wedding cake blew me away when I saw it far exceeded our expectations, the staff at The Ritz even said it was one of the best cakes they'd ever seen. The food was delicious and we had so many lovely comments from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the food. Thank you especially to Jeremy who made sure all our "special dietary requirement" guests were happy with their food and for being so accommodating when some of our guests were delayed in arriving at the venue.

We had Total Hospitality cater our wedding in August 2017 and the whole team especially Alex were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better. The service was excellent, friendly and professional, but the food was out of this world. Their menu was exactly what we wanted for our day and offered a great selection for all of our guests. The lamb was especially a favourite amongst our guest with so many compliments given. The communication and ability to be flexible even close to the date was incredible and made us realise we had chosen the right caters for our special day. All of the staff are helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed the opportunity to taste the food before choosing the menu. On the day they were efficient, flexible and all the staff were friendly. Total Hospitality catered our wedding in May. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious and in such good fitting with the 'feel' of the day. We were inundated with compliments from our guests regarding the food - with several people even requesting the recipe for one of the dishes!The team were so incredibly attentive, which really added to our special day. Total Hospitality were the best caterers we could have ever hoped to find. The food served at our reception (2 starter, 3 main and 3 dessert choices) was excellent with so many compliments paid by the guests. The staff were efficient and friendly - quick to respond to requests and professional in all respects. The presence of an visible but unobtrusive team manager gave us every confidence that the behind the scenes work ran smoothly. They also provided the bar facilities and staff for serving our bought party drinks. Don't be put off by the Reading address, our event was in London and they knocked spots off other quotes we'd had. Ilona cakes are amazing! I commission Ilona to create a Game of Thrones cake for my sons 18th and it was so wonderful I couldn’t bring myself to cut it. We just wanted to thank you very much for providing such wonderful food for Maddie and Sonnie's wedding. However, more than that, we were so impressed with the service you and your staff gave. They worked tirelessly in the background to make the occasion so special for us. We could not have asked for more. The added touch of providing a special desert for our guests who needed a gluten free meal was much appreciated. As you can imagine the run up to any wedding is really stressful, because you want everything to go so well. I shouldn't have worried at all because everything was perfect.
