Fully Managed Service
We will fully manage your property for a percentage of your rent. This includes advertising and finding your tenant, producing all legal paperwork and advising on any safety aspects before your tenants move in date. We provide regular inspections of the property and deal with tenant enquiries / maintenance reporting.
We will conduct the checkout at the end of tenancy and ensure a quick turn around for a new tenant moving in.

Tenant Find Service
We will advertise your property, conduct viewings and fully reference your prospective tenant. Prior to their move in date we will create all the necessary paperwork and ensure you are complying with safety and legal obligations as well as collect the first months rent and deposit prior to their move in date.
All of the information will then be provided to you to allow you to manage your tenant.
