Even before I moved to the area, Anna's reputation had preceded her; I went to see her and she immediately put me at ease listening to my running life. Having been to many sports massage therapists, I can honestly say Anna is the best. She really does get into areas you didn't think possible and eases those niggle and keeps you moving with ease. Anna is exceptional at helping athletes in need of treatment. She runs a very personal service from a dedicated studio in her house. Her rates are £40/ hr. A visit to the treatment rooms is a must for anyone in the Chippenham area. Anna has a lot of different methods she can employ to help with treatment for sports related injury’s and rehab. If Carlsberg made Sports Therapists they would come in the shape of Anna who uses her fingers, hands and elbows to get into niggles and muscles that other Sport Therapists cannot reach. Anna and her magic hands has managed to get me back out pounding the streets of Chippenham and has kept my sanity intact with her sound advice. What can I say?! Anna was my last hope to relieve the pain of my arthritis and a previous slipped disk resulting in muscle spasms in my lower back. I'd tried Physio and pain meds and even resulted in private health treatment at Bath Clinic having cortisone injections on 3 occasions in 2016, and radio frequency ablation in October 2016 to no real avail. I saw Anna in December 2016 and after a few treatments working on my QL I was a different person. The pain subsided, my pain relief intake greatly reduced and my running was something I could contemplate again. Anna Gardiner has 'magic hands' and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I regularly use the treatment rooms, they are very accommodating at fitting me in at a time that works for me. Anna is very good at explaining the problem area and giving after care advice and exercises to do to aid recovery, an over all great experience.

I have been a long sufferer of lower back pain and being a marathon runner I also have other various aches and pains. Since Anna has been treating me not only is my back pain now completely under control but my running performance has improved.
