Family Therapist with 18 years experience in the NHS working with families, couples, adults and young people who have a wide variety of emotional and behavioural difficulties and mental health problems.
Trained at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience while working at the Maudsley Hospital in London, initially in a specialist psychotherapeutic day unit for people with a diagnosis of personality disorder then subsequently for the Family Therapy Service in the Psychotherapy Department at the Maudsley Hospital.

What do you love most about your job?
It is a privilege for me to listen to people and to support them in thinking about the changes they would like to make in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to help people when their need for help arose, rather than them waiting for months for help.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am highly experienced in working with families and couples, including when they are in crisis. I am able to work with very difficult thoughts and feelings, including suicidal thoughts, self harm and self-destructive behaviours.
