I've just had my first treatment done by Patricia. I was pleased with her professional and friendly welcome at my arrival and it was good to see she was following all the necessary steps due to Covid 19.
I have an ongoing shoulder problem and Patricia advised me on my incorrect body posture, probably related to that.
All in all it was a pleasant experience and have booked my next session already.

I get to meet such interesting people and I help to make them feel better through a wide range of massage therapy treatments; or through body sculpting or beauty therapies. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the space and time to run my own private clinic, its just wonderful. I love being able to do things in ways that I feel I can best care for my client rather than being governed by a strict Spa-type protocol. Everyone is uniquely special and I want to provide a bespoke, holistic approach for every individual requirement. My unique selling point is my high level of personal care and attention to detail, for which I have been awarded the Badge of Excellence through Bark which I am immensely proud of.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have taken an online course during the autumn 2020 in the prevention of spread of infectious diseases which is up to the mark in keeping myself as well as my clients safe from the spread of Covid 19. We have the Track & Trace barcode for clients to use.
PPE is in place and deep cleaning between clients to sterilise the entranceway, clinic and ensuite environments.
Sports Remedial Massage
£45 for 45 minutes. This treatment includes pinpointing and treating areas of concern that cause stiffness or pain. To help with the range of movement and prevent further injury. It includes advice on stretch and exercise techniques as well as a recovery massage treatment plan. There is a monthly attendance membership card incentive plan associated with this treatment.
Thermal Stones Therapy
£58 for 75 minutes of thermal stones therapy that targets deep tissue areas as well as areas of weakness without overzealous physical effort that may aggravate painful or problem areas that require target treatment. This is a deeply relaxing and healing experience and particularly recommended in the colder months of the year.
Manual Lymph Drainage
£45 for 60 minutes. Particularly helpful for those with health concerns associated with a breakdown of the lymph system or who have restricted mobility or a compromised immune system. It is suitable for oncology patients and it is a soothing treatment for those receiving palliative care. Crystal Energy Therapy can be incorporated.
Crystal Energy Massage Therapy
£45 for 60 minutes. This includes a full body massage with the added benefit of healing crystal therapy to re-balance the seven Chakras.

£58 for 1hr 20 minutes - including mineral rich detoxifying foot spa; foot massage then a Hot stones full body massage of gorgeous 'me' time.

Pregnancy Massage Specialist
