Actually think this company is a scam, they didn’t show up. Have been chasing a refund for several weeks now. DO NOT USE.

Had my appointment cancelled on the day, been chasing for my refund, no response no reply. Stay clear its a scam

I booked a groom for my dog, a few days before my dog was meant to be groomed I received a message saying my appointment has been changed. . I was fine with this until again 2 days before my new appointment date they cancelled again and tried to book me in for another date. I could not do the new date as I was going away on holiday, so I asked for a refund and Danny (whom I was contacting on WhatsApp) read and ignored my message. I then messaged again asking about my refund and he said they are closed on Sunday so can’t respond to my messages even though my first message regarding the refund was on a Saturday. When he finally replied he said allow up to 10 working days for my refund, I messaged him after 10 working days asking for an update and again he read my messages and blanked. Brilliant is the only way I can describe this dog groomers. They arrived & did an excellent job. With the lockdown & everything I must say my little girl needed a good grooming & I've already booked them again for Xmas & I've booked my sons little girl Freya in as well. Both cavalier King Charles spaniels & for my little girl Lilly I paid £35 which I would consider reasonable. A little more than I normally pay but a job very well done. I was contacted by TrimPet via Bark. On initial contact I was offered an extremely amazing deal of a gold package grooming for my puppy, for the price of a basic grooming for £35. 00. My puppy was groomed outside my front door in a mobile unit. She looked beautiful when she came back in. Even when I was charged £55.00 for the grooming, one phone call resolved this. I spoke to the person I had originally been contacted by and she knew straight away I was to pay £3500. She apologised and before any money was taken from my account, £20.00 was credited to it. I was very disappointed with the groomer I told her exactly what I wanted and she didn’t she cut her to short shaved her belly cut tail to short she done everything I didn’t ask for and also the cut was uneven so disappointing
