The Vaults Roaming Bar is owned and run by Rose Thorn an experienced landlady, bar woman and license holder. Rose is also an artist, designing the bar to create a mobile venue with a party atmosphere, able to meet your party or event needs.

What’s your signature dish?
We sell delicious cocktails, as well as other beverages (including non alcohol cocktails and drinks)
Classic cocktails and off the wall specials such as Rhubarb and Custard Negronis, Sugar Plum Brandy Blinis (with home made plum syrup), Spiced Irish Coffee, and Rosemary Blackpepper Cosmopolitans have taken the lead in our customer favourites!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Speaking with our client and discussing their event helps us to decide on the perfect menu to please them and their guests - with pre-made packages, and completely tailored options, its our goal to ensure that there's something for everybody. With over a decade in the industry, we understand the formula for a perfect party, and aim to get it spot on, every time.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing an event full of people, enjoying their drinks and having a good time!
Hearing people say what a great time they've had, and ensuring that special something that makes an event memorable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the industry for a decade, we knew that branching out and working for ourselves would give us the freedom to use all of the skills and knowledge collated over the past ten years, to help put on events that leave a good taste in everyones mouths, in a unique and special way
Why should our clients choose you?
If you want your guests to be talking about your event or party for years to come, we think you should choose us to bring that unique sparkle! The trailer is a beautifully hand painted piece of art, which creates a stunning centrepiece for any occasion.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Catering for mainly outdoor events, we feel that in the current climate this is the safest way for people to connect with each other, and enjoy life, whilst remaining safe. We ensure that we have hand sanitising stations, and our staff adhere to Covid Hygiene regulations and have been trained to do so, to ensure the safety of the public.

Coffee Trailer
Barrista trained, and with an industry standard espresso machine; Cappucinos, Lattes, Macciatos, and super-skinny-oat milk-double shot flat whites are all available to your guests! Ensure that there's something for everyone; we serve coffee from a beautiful gypsy style catering trailer, with takeaway and 'real' drink wear available, depending on your needs.
