What do you love most about your job?
I adore being able to help clients and knowing that I have managed to save them a certain amount of money each month!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked within the mortgage industry, it just seemed natural to open up a business of my own. Having a team of really special advisers working under the same roof, it only seemed organic to really team up together start assisting clients throughout the UK!
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose The UK Mortgage Office because we care. As a smaller business we have the ability to provide a higher level of care to our clients to ensure they are not just a number or a reference code.

We can. We are able to offer all of our services over the phone and online. We do require to send and receive documents however this can be done via post or email (if clients have a printer to hand).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a smaller business we found implementing the restrictions/ precautions into the workplace relatively easy. All of our advisers are situated 1-2 meters away from each other at all times, regular testing intervals have become mandatory and we have hand sanitising stations readily available around the office and on all team members desks.
